Surya Soman Pillai (Manager- Group HR) advised the students to not think twice because RPG is a place to learn and grow and at the same time one gets an opportunity to experiment a lot. She also said RPG gives a chance to learn practical applications of the theory learned at the campus.
Tanay Salpekar (AM Material | GMR- RPG Group) suggested the students to have a flexible mindset as RPG provides a lot of options to move across domains and various companies.
Vinayak Talwar (Campus Lead) expressed that a CV reflects only the part of the achievements of an individual. RPG want students who can work in different roles at different point of time.
Maninder Singh (AM- Corporate Supply Chain) asked the students to be open-minded about the profile they desire for. Students should read about the company, their working culture and evaluate if their aspirations are in alignment to that of the company itself.
