According to Udayan Dutt, Regional HR Director-Africa and the Middle East & South Asia, the success of their engagement would depend on how many people they can reach out to and also the increasing number of participants over the years. However, he particularly stresses on the fact that it will be a matter of joy if the participants can understand the purpose, vision and culture of the organisation and even if they do not join but they should be able to uphold the values of RB.
Mahima Kakar, Regional HR Director-South Asia feels that RB be should known for the culture and values it exhibits and over the years people have started identifying them on these grounds rather than brands that they make.
