Journey of Professionals at Reliance

Prachi Gera (HR Analyst) and Archit Sehgal (Management Trainee- HR Technology) talks about their professional journey at Reliance.

Prachi Gera started her journey as a summer intern and she received a pre-placement offer from there. She joined Reliance in Talent Acquisition Group which is the recruitment function of HR. She leads so many programs in her 1st year as a part of policy and strategy division of TAG (Talent Acquisition Group). She had been part of many projects like background verification and implementing a new recruitment system etc. After that, she took a rotation and become a part of HR Analytics in Reliance.

After completing his engineering degree and working for 2 yrs in a consulting firm, looking after analytics in HR, Archit joined XLRI to pursue his MBA. While pursuing he got an interview call from Reliance, and the new role was related to his past experience, naturally, he was pretty excited as he could apply his past learning skills. He feels proud to have been on this journey from being an engineer to a Manager at Reliance.
