How PepsiCo evaluates SUCCESS of an engagement?

Pavitra Singh (Director- Global Campus COE) and Jasneet Kaur (HR Director- SDT) expressed that their Employer Branding campaign i.e. Change the Game Challenge (CTG) is one of the most attractive B-School competition among the students. The main motive of organising this competition is to make students aware of PepsiCo and crowdsourcing ideas from the young talents.

PepsiCo team measures its success in terms of quality of hires they get through CTG and also through the responses on their social media platforms. Watch the video to know about this year’s response.
