Geetika Bajaj stated that ETYL is a totally different type of competition divided into three phases. 1st phase is a psychometric test, 2nd is an Aptitude test and the 3rd is the individual case study. It also gives the opportunity of meeting the CxO’s and industry stalwarts. She shared that competitors are judged on their integrity, value system, and potentiality to emerge as future leaders.

Anant Saboo stated that close to 15k+ students apply for ETYL after numerous rounds of assessments only 21 students wins and only 5 students are offered PPO’s by the Aditya Birla Group. It is a long journey and the various rounds assess the students on the levels of psychometric, aptitude and case study. He said that something unique about the case study is actual businesses problem the company is currently facing and the students have to come up with innovative out of the box solutions. He expressed that getting an opportunity to meet the different CEOs and interacting one-on-one makes ETYL a unique one.
