Yes Bank first organised Transformation Series way back in 2010 with a vision to engage the young minds from the Top B-schools in the entrepreneurial culture and sow the seeds of transformation in them for the future.
The 7th edition of the challenge was launched 24th July 2017 with a case study launch. The case study was open to all full-time students of a recognized varsity in the group of three (per team).
The challenge was divided into two sections- Campus Connect and Grand Finale. The registered teams analysed the case study and uploaded their solutions online. In the Campus Connect round, the best entries from the respective campuses qualified to compete at the Grand finale. To get a detailed info about the competition click here.
On 9th Oct 2017, the case study for the finale was launched and the finalists had to prepare an in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the case and support it with their innovative ideas and solutions. 41 finalists from famous B-schools competed against each other for the winning position. After evaluation by the Jury, Easy Company from IIM Shillong grabbed the first position and won a cash prize of INR 5,00,000 on 9th Nov 2017. The Dreammer team from IIM Bengaluru became the first runners-up and received an amount of INR 3,00,000 and INR 2,00,000 cash prize was bestowed on Unravellers from ISB, Hyderabad, the second runners-up. Each winning individuals also faced a pre-placement interview with the Yes bank representatives.
