Required Skills:

  • Experience in customer relationship management in your previous job
  • E-commerce experience preferable
  • As of now, we answer the customer's questions via e-mail and call back on request. However, we will shortly allow the option of a conversation and foresee further calls as well
  • Analytical thinking - our queries are not so simple and we only take intelligent people in our customer service team
  • Knowledge of Excel is a plus
