Our clients are the most significant and we provide them with a high quality of service. We 're looking for an experienced CRM professional to join our brilliant and fun team.
Required Skills:
- Experience in customer relationship management in your previous job
- E-commerce experience preferable
- As of now, we answer the customer's questions via e-mail and call back on request. However, we will shortly allow the option of a conversation and foresee further calls as well
- Analytical thinking - our queries are not so simple and we only take intelligent people in our customer service team
- Knowledge of Excel is a plus
