Recruitment Process
Shortlisting Criteria
Go-To-Market Assignment : Share your App Invite Link with your close community or other influencers and Pitch Woovly as a wishlist/bucket list platform and help them post any of their wish list or bucket list experience. Get at least 15 people to Share their experience or bucket list ideas on Woovly by using your Invite Link. Make sure they use your App Invite Link ONLY. Fake profile/multiple downloads will not be accepted. Action by the Users you will be judged on: Users should Install (use Invite Link), sign up and verify their emails Share any of their wish list/Bucket list experience or ideas. Keep a record of all the Users profile links, as if the user forgot to use your link then it will not get tracked

Woovly Live Project :
Woovly has launched “Woovly Live Project”, a campus engagement program that aims to select, recruit and train a network of students from selected universities/ campuses in India. This program would give students an opportunity to do live projects and gain Industry marketing experience by being part of a startup and its culture. This also gives students a chance to apply their academic learning in a real-world setting.
This two-month long program will reward the Selected Interns with exclusive benefits and an opportunity to collaborate with Woovly after successful completion of the program, depending on the performance of the student.
Woovly Live Project is built upon the Level Wise Model to map academic learning with real-life experiences.
Details about the program,
- Level Wise Structure: Live Project includes an Executive Team, who help develop strategies and execute those in their campuses/ communities. The whole program is divided into 5 levels, being below:
- Peer to Peer Marketing
- Direct Marketing ( Target User Acquisition )
- Influencer Marketing (Identify, Connect and Onboard Influencers)
- Partner / Merchant Acquisition ( Research the right partner, find and connect with the Influencer to join Woovly)
- Experiential Marketing ( Build a campaign, Plan and execute )
- Training & Support: Each student will go through an extensive training process. There will be weekly training sessions in direct relation to the above 5 levels

- Social Media Hacks (SMM)
- Content Marketing
- How to market a product as a brand (Brand Management)

- Experiential Marketing
